From the following one can understand that the SRM University is doing everything against the law. As this is recognized as an University, the laws pertain to an University will apply to this also.

1) The result of the Entrance Test conducted by the University will be released in the website as well as in the news dailies. But there is no such practice in the SRM.

2) As per the practice in the Government Universities, every one can get a copy of the question papers of the entrance examinations. They keep the openness on these activities. But in SRM University nobody can get a copy of the question paper of the entrance examination. 

3) The Government Universities follow the seat reservation system for the students. But in the SRM University this is not followed.

4) In the SRM University, all the students of other states are admitted telling as they are the students of Tamil Nadu. For this purpose forgery certificates are supplied by some people and none of these certificates they use to send to the officials concerned for verification.
