அனுமதியற்ற கட்டிடத்தை காலி செய்ய வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தவர் கூட இந்த இனத்தில் நீதிமன்றத்தையும் நாடவில்லை. அரசு அதிகாரிகளையும் நாடவில்லை. பெருநகர வளர்ச்சி குழுமத்தில் கட்டிடம் கட்ட அனுமதி பெற வேண்டும் என்றால் அவர்கள் ஏராளமான ஆவணங்கள், அதாவது மூன்று தலைமுறைக்கு முன்பு கிரையம் கொடுத்த மூன்றாவது நபர்கள் பற்றி கூட ஆவணங்களை கேட்பார்கள், பட்டா, சிட்டா, அடங்கல் என ஆயிரம் ஆவணங்கள் கேட்பார்கள். அவர்கள் எவ்வாறு வீட்டு வசதி வாரிய நிலத்திற்கு மேற்கண்ட ஆவணங்களை பார்க்காமல் இந்த வள்ளியம்மாள் சொசைட்டி நடத்தும் ஈஸ்வரி இன்ஜினியரிங் கல்லூரிக்கு அனுமதி கொடுத்தார்கள்.

அப்படியானால் நகர் ஊரமைப்பு துறை சட்டம் ஆளுக்கு ஆள் மாறுபடுமா? அந்த சட்டம் அப்பாவிகளை நசுக்குவதற்கு மட்டும் தானா?

The person who has filed case to vacate the unapproved buildings also has neither approached the court nor approached the Government Officers on this matter. Generally if a person want to construct a building within the city limit area, the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority will ask to submit so many records and documents (for about three generation) about the land, viz. patta, chitta, adangal etc. etc. and also of the person who intend to buy the land. When it is so, how did the authorities grant approval to Easwari Engineering College of Valliammal Society. Does the law of the CMDA vary from person to person? Is the law only for killing the poor?

எஸ்.ஆர்.எம் குழுமத்தின் 319 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள நில அபகரிப்பு பற்றி, நில அபகரிப்பு பிரிவு போலீசும் வழக்கு தொடரவில்லை. உண்மை உடனுக்குடன் என முழங்கி மக்களை மழுங்கடித்து மூளை சலவை செய்யும் புதிய தலைமுறையும் இது பற்றி பேசவில்லை.

இதற்கிடையில் ரகசியமாக திரு.பச்சமுத்து மீண்டும் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் மேற்கண்ட நிலத்தை தனக்கே கிரையத்திற்கு தர வேண்டும் என வள்ளியம்மாள் சொசைட்டி பெயரில் ஒரு நீதிப்பேராணை மனு தமிழ்நாடு வீட்டு வசதி வாரியம், அதன் செயலாளர், நிர்வாக இயக்குனர் மற்றும் நில ஆர்ஜித வட்டாட்சியர் ஆகியோருக்கு எதிராக தாக்கல் செய்தார்.

ஏழைகளின் குடியிருப்புகளை எல்லாம் புல்டோசர் கொண்டு தரைமட்டம் ஆக்கும் மாநகராட்சியும் சரி, காலி செய்வதற்கு உடனுக்குடன் அறிவிப்பு அனுப்பும் நகர் ஊரமைப்பு துறை மற்றும் சென்னை பெருநகர வளர்ச்சி குழுமம் ஆகியவையும் இதில் வாய் மூடி மவுனியாக உள்ளது.

The police department has also not filed any case against the ‘land grabbing’ activity of SRM Group. The TV “Puthiya Thalaimurai”, which is said to be the only news channel releases the real news promptly also did not speak of this scandal.

ராமாபுரம் கிராமத்தில் 315 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்புள்ள சொத்தை ஆக்கிரமிப்பதற்கு அவர் மோசடியாக சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டதையும் மேல்முறையீடும்; 2004-லேயே உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தால் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டதையும் குறிப்பிட்டு இருந்தேன். ஆனாலும் அப்போதைய திமுக அரசு 2011 வரை மேற்கண்ட ஆக்கிரமிப்பை காலி செய்து கையகப்படுத்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை. மாறாக வீட்டு வசதி வாரியத்தில் இருந்தே மேற்கண்ட நிலத்தை குறைந்த விலைக்கு விற்பனை செய்வதற்கு இவர்கள் சில நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொண்டார்கள். நேர்மையான ஐஏஎஸ் அதிகாரியான பிரவீன்குமார் தலையீட்டால் இந்த கொள்ளை தடுக்கப் பட்டது என்பதை முன்பு கூறி இருந்தேன். 

300 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பிற்கு 10 சதவீத வட்டி வைத்து பார்த்தால் ஆண்டுக்கு 30 கோடி ரூபாய் அரசுக்கு இழப்பீடு ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும். இவ்வாறு திமுக அரசு உரிய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளாததால் கடந்த 10 வருடத்தில் மட்டும் அரசுக்கு 300 கோடி ரூபாய் இழப்பீடு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த தொகையை மேற்கண்ட சங்கத்திடம் இருந்து வசூலிக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டாமா?

இது பற்றி ஏன் யாரும் வாய் திறக்கவில்லை.

I have already indicated earlier about the termination of his petition filed with the Chennai High Court regarding the illegal acquisition of 315 crores worth of land in the Ramapuram village and also his appeal terminated in 20-4 itself. But still the then DMK Government did not take any action to recover this land. Instead, actions were taken from the Housing Board to sell this land at a cheaper price. But this plan was intercepted because of Mr. Praveen Kumar, I.A.S., a honest officer. This I told already earlier.

In this way the loss for the Government shall be at least Rs. 30 crores (by way of 10% interest on Rs.300 crores). For the past 10 years the Tamil Nadu has sustained a total loss of about Rs.300 crores because of the DMK’s Government’s attitude. Should not have the Government initiated action to recover this money from this group. Why nobody has opened their mouth so far.

எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். பல்கலைக்கழகம் யுஜிசி-யால் பல்கலைக்கழகம் என அங்கீகரிக்கப் பட்ட பிறகு அவர்களது நடைமுறை அனைத்தும் ஆவணப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். ஆனால் எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இருந்து நடத்தப்படும் Entrance  தேர்வு ஒழுங்காக நடத்தப் படவில்லை. அந்த தேர்வு எழுதிய வினாத்தாள்கள் யாருக்கும் வழங்கப்படவில்லை. தமிழக அரசு உயர்கல்வி துறையும் இந்த எஸ்.ஆர்.எம் நிறுவனத்தை பொறுத்த வரையில் தலையிட முடியாத நிலையிலேயே உள்ளது.

பல்கலைக்கழக மற்றும் கல்லூரி கட்டிடங்களுக்கு உள்ளுர் குழுமம் நில உபயோக சான்று மற்றும் நகர் ஊரமைப்பு துறை அனுமதி போன்ற அனைத்தும் இல்லாமலேயே கட்டிடம் கட்டப்படுகிறது. இவ்வாறு அனுமதி இல்லாமல் கட்டும் கட்டிடங்கள் வரைமுறை படுத்தப்பட முடியாது. ஆனால் இந்த இனத்தில் வரைமுறை படுத்தப்படுகிறது. இவை அனைத்தும் திமுக ஆட்சி காலத்தில் நடந்த செயல்கள். தியாகராஜநகரில் இவ்வாறு கட்டிடங்களை வரைமுறை படுத்த அரசு எடுத்த நடவடிக்கைக்கே சில நபர்கள் நீதிமன்றத்தை அணுகி தடை பெற்றார்கள். ஆனால் இந்த இனத்தில் அவ்வாறு தடையும் பெறப்படவில்லை. அரசும் இதில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை.

எனவே இது பற்றி விரிவாக ஆதி முதல் அந்தம் வரை திரு.சகாயம் அவர்களின் விசாரணை வரம்பிற்குள் கொண்டு வரப்பட வேண்டியது அவசியம்.

Since the SRM University is recognized as a University by the UGC, proper records and documents should have been kept for all their activities. But the SRM University is not conducting the Entrance Examinations properly, no question paper is issued for this, and the situation is that even the Tamil Nadu Higher Education Department cannot interfere on this matter.

No proper approval has been obtained from the local administration and the Panchayat Board or Corporation for the land acquisition and construction of buildings of the SRM University as well as the other colleges. The buildings constructed without proper approval cannot be regularized. All these things were done during the DMK period. When the Government initiated action on some of such buildings in T. Nagar, some people approached the Court of Law and got it stayed. But in this case of SRM group, neither any action has been initiated by the government nor any stay obtained from the court.

Therefore it is imperative that the above matter from the beginning onwards should be brought under the investigation of Mr. Sahayam, I.A.S.

The SRM University Chennai has been granted permission only to run one Dental College, one Medical College, one Pharmacy College, one Nursing & Physiotherapy college, one Occupational therapy and one Engineering College. The University Grant Commission (UGC) has granted approval to SRM group only for the above mentioned institutions and this I have already indicated in my earlier post educational decoity -13 with necessary photos. If it is so, all other Engineering colleges should come under the control of the State Government and if so the Government can do the students admission work. But hiding all these things, how could they are running these institutions, who are all behind this, why all are just watching SRM’s this activity of leaching the blood of the poor students.

If so where is the approval for the below mentioned colleges:-

1) SRM Arts & Science College, Kattankulathu.
2) SRM Institute of Hotel Management, Potheri.
3) Easwari Engineering College for Women, Ramapuram.
4) Valliammal Engineering College, SRM Nagar, Kattankulathur.
5) SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Irungallur, Trichy District.

When a house built in 2 cents of land is demolished by the authorities, indicating that this is built breaching the law, why no action is taken against all the above institutions.

சென்னையில் ஒரு பல் மருத்துவ கல்லூரி, ஒரு மருத்துவ கல்லூரி, ஒரு பார்மசி கல்லூரி, ஒரு நர்சிங் மற்றும் பிசியோதெரபி கல்லூரி, ஒரு ஆக்குபேசனல் தெரபி, ஒரு இன்ஜினியரிங் கல்லூரி இத்தனைக்கு மட்டுமே மேற்கண்ட எஸ்.ஆர்.எம் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் அனுமதி வழங்கப் பட்டது. அப்படியானால் இதர பொறியியல் கல்லூரிகள் அத்தனையும் மாநில அரசின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வரும். மாநில அரசு மாணவர்களை சேர்க்கலாம். ஆனால் இவற்றை எல்லாம் மறைத்து அவர்கள் எவ்வாறு இதனை நடத்தி வருகிறார்கள். இதற்கு யார் எல்லாம் உடந்தை? இவ்வாறு தமிழக மாணவர்களின் ரத்தத்தை உறிஞ்சுவதை ஏன் அனைவரும் வேடிக்கை பார்த்து வருகிறார்கள். எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். குரூப்பிற்கு மேற்கண்ட இனங்களுக்கு மட்டும் தான் அங்கீகாரம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை University Grant Commission (UGC) கடிதத்தில் தெரியப் படுத்தியதை எனது 13-வது தொடர்ச்சியில் கடித புகைப்படத்தோடு வெளியிட்டு இருந்தேன்.

அப்படியானால் மேற்கண்ட நிறுவனத்திற்கு தொடர்புடைய கீழ்கண்ட கல்லூரிகளுக்கு உள்ள அங்கீகாரம் எங்கே.?

இன்னும் ஒரு கொசுறு செய்தி. மேற்கண்ட நிலத்தை கிரையம் கொடுத்து வாங்குகிறேன் என அவர் திமுக ஆட்சியில் 28.01.2008-ல் வீட்டுவசதி வாரியத்தில் தீர்மானம் கொண்டு வந்தார். நேர்மையான ஐஎஎஸ் அதிகாரியான பிரவீன்குமார் எதிர்ப்பின் காரணமாக மேற்கண்ட தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படவில்லை. பிரவீன்குமார் பிறகு தேர்தல் ஆணையாளர் ஆனார். பிரவீன்குமார் மீது திமுக தொடர்ந்து புகார் கூறுவதற்கு இதுவும் ஒரு காரணமா?? 

பச்சமுத்துவை பொறுத்த வரையில் திமுக, அதிமுக இரண்டு ஆட்சியிலும் அவர் மீது எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் வராதா? ஏழைகளின் குடிசை காலி செய்யப் படுகிறது. வியாபாரிகளின் கடைகள் இடிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆனால் ஏழைகளின் ரத்தத்தை உறிஞ்சி கல்வி கொள்ளை வியாபாரம் நடத்தும் பச்சமுத்துவிடம் சட்டமும் பதுங்குகிறது. காரணம் மலத்தை அள்ளி வீசும் பலதரப்பட்ட ரவுடி படை இவரிடம் இருப்பது தான்.

அட போங்கப்பா! 39 லட்சம் டன் கொள்ளை அடிச்ச மெகா மாபியா கூட சேர்ந்துகிட்டு வைகுண்டராஜனை மாபியாங்கிறீங்களே! உங்க கொள்ளை கூட்டத்துகாரங்க சொல்லி தான் ஊழல் கலெக்டர் ஆஷிஷ்குமார் உங்களுக்காக பொய் ரிப்போர்ட் எழுதுனாருங்கறது www.beachminerals.org -ல இருக்கு போய் பாரு. வழக்குக்கு கள்ளத்தனமா தயாரிச்ச பேப்பர்களை தானே வாங்குனாங்க. கையெழுத்து போட்ட செக்கையா வாங்கிட்டு போயிட்டாங்க. ஒரு ஐஎஎஸ் ஆபிசர் காசுக்காக சவுக்கு மாதிரி கொள்ள கூட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்து கிட்டு பேட்டி கொடுக்கவும், மிரட்டி பணம் பறிக்கவும் உள்ள வேலையை செய்தா இது தான் நடக்கும்.

Still the government is keeping mum of the above acquisition of the government land.  One small news, during the last tenure of DMK on 28-1-2008, Mr. Pachaimuthu brought a decision in the Tamil Nadu Housing Board that he may buy the above said land.  But because Mr. Pravinkumar IAS opposed that, that bill cold not be passed.  After that Mr. Pravinkumar became the Chief Election Commission of Tamil Nadu.  This may be one of the reasons that DMK was continuously finding fault with Mr. Pravinkumar.  As far as Mr. Pachaimuthu is concerned, should not any legal action come on him during the tenure of either DMK or ADMK?  The huts of the poor are being removed, the shops of businessmen are being broken  but the law is hesitating to take any legal steps on the education decoity who is mending money by sucking the blood of the poor.  This is because of the fear of his mafia troops.

You are calling Mr. Vaikundarajan as mafia, holding hands with the mega mafia of 39 laks tonne.   Because of your group only Mr. Ashiskumar, Collector made false reports for you.  You can go and see this information in the website www.beachminerals.org.  They got the papers of the falls report and not a signed cheque.  It will happen if an IAS officer involved in illegal activities in hands with any mafia group.  Do you know another thing? A negotiation was going on for Rs.30 crores in the house of Mr. Sundaram with Sankar decoit.  Do you  want to hear the discussion made between the two retired officers, Radhika, D/o. Mr. Sundaram, her auditor, P.A of Sundaram and Vaikundarajan, which is in the cassette.  What is your share on this?  Are you the person like who is appointed for giving any glue for doing investigation on any theft case?  How much you have earned in education robbery?  How much got in spectrum corruption.  You will first direct Savuku Sankar to submit his 10 year account of property, his bank account details etc.  Ask him to make all friends.  We will rail all the illegal acts done by him starting from the stealing of question papers.

1000 ரூபாய் முதலீட்டில் ஆரம்பித்து 14 வருடத்தில் 25 லட்சம் கோடி ஈட்டிய பச்சமுத்து 319 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்புள்ள அரசு நிலத்தை ஆக்கிரமித்ததை உறுதி செய்ய கேட்டு தாக்கல் செய்த மனு 2004-லேயே தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டது. ரூபாய் 66 கோடி ஊழல் வழக்கு என அல்லும் பகலும் தொலைகாட்சியிலும் பத்திரிக்கையிலும் பேட்டியிலும் கூறி வந்த ஸ்பெக்டரம் புகழ், கலைஞர் ஆட்சி 2006 முதல் 2011 வரை இருந்தது. அவர்கள் உயர்நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவிற்கு பணிந்து பச்சமுத்துவிடம் இருந்து அரசு நிலத்தை மீட்டார்களா?  இல்லை. காலி செய்ய யாரும் மனு போட்டார்களா? இல்லை. 2004-ல் நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பளித்தும் 2014 வரை 319 கோடி ரூபாய் அரசு நிலத்தை 1000 ரூபாய் முதலீட்டில் 25 லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாய் சம்பாதித்து உள்ள பச்சமுத்துவின் வள்ளியம்மாள் டிரஸ்ட் தான் அனுபவித்து வருகிறது. இதற்கு மனித உரிமை அமைப்புகள், சவுக்கை சுழற்றுபவர், வழக்கறிஞர் பிரிவு, பொது நல மனு மன்னர் என யாரும் எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை. ஏனென்றால் இவர் அனைவருக்கும் சரியாக கட்டிங் வெட்டுவது தான்.  ஏழைகளின் ரத்தத்தை உறிஞ்சி சேர்த்த பணம் எங்கெல்லாம் போகிறது பாருங்கள்.

The court dismissed in 2004 itself the petition filed by Mr. Pachaimuthu, in order to justify his acquisition of the Government land worth of Rs.319 crores.  From 2006 till 2011, the so called spectrum famous Kalaigner government was propagating day and night in the news dailies and TV channel news about the 66 crores corruption case.  But have they taken any step to take over this land from Mr. Pachaimuthu based on the court order?  Till now the Valliammai Trust of Mr. Pachaimuthu is enjoying the 319 crores worth Government land and nobody has taken any step to recover this even though the court made the judgment in 2004 against the SRM’s land acquisition case.  The reason is that the people concerned are getting money from him.

2001-ல் 1000 ரூபாய் முதலீட்டில் தொடங்கப்பட்டு தற்போது 25 லட்சம் கோடி மதிப்புள்ள சொத்து சேர்த்த வள்ளியம்மாள் டிரஸ்ட் பச்சைமுத்து ராமாவரத்தில் உள்ள 319 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்புள்ள அரசு நிலத்தை (சர்வே எண் 134/1A) தான் மோசடியாக அனுபவிப்பதை நியாயபடுத்த வழக்கம் போல் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ரிட் மனு 12250/2004 என வழக்கு தொடர்கிறார். மேற்கண்ட வழக்கு 11.10.2004-லேயே தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டது. கடந்த 10 வருடங்களாக எந்த அரசு அதிகாரியும் நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவின் படி மேற்படி சொத்தை கையகப்படுத்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவில்லை. காரணம் இவர் வைத்துள்ள மலத்தை அள்ளி வீசும் சவுக்கு வீசுபவர் போன்ற அடியாள் படை தான். நீதிபதிகளே சவுக்கு வீச்சுக்கு பயந்து நமக்கு எதற்கு வம்பு என நினைக்கும் நிலை வந்து விட்டது. எனவே சினிமாவில் பார்ப்பது போல் இவர்களுக்கு மாமூல் கொடுக்காமல் தனி மனிதன் நீதியையும் பெற முடியாத நிலையை பச்சைமுத்து உருவாக்கி விட்டார். உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒரு நேர்மையான நீதிபதி கடந்த 4 மாதத்திற்கு முன்பு சவுக்கு வீச்சின் ரவுடியிசத்திற்கு எதிராக ஒரு உத்தரவு கொடுத்தார். பிறகு அவரே வழி இல்லாமல் சவுக்காரிடம் சரண்டர் ஆக வேண்டிய நிலை ஆகி விட்டது. ஏனென்றால் அவர் வீட்டில் அவரது குழந்தைகளே கவுரவமாக வெளியே செல்ல முடியவில்லை.

In order to justify the act of illegal acquisition of the Government land worth of Rs. 319 Crore, Pachaimuthu filled a writ petition 12250-2004 in the High Court, which the court dismissed on 11-10-2004 itself. No Government official has taken any step to take over this land from Mr. Pachaimuthu as per the court order because of their fear on the rowdy groups of Mr. Pachaimuthu. Even judges also made up their mind not to involve in to this matter because of their fear on him. Mr. Pachaimuthu also finally created the situation in the court that nobody can get justice without money. Four months ago, an honest judge of the High court had made a judgment against Mr. Pachaimuthu’s rowdyism, but after some days he had to surrender before Pachaimuthu and the reason was that his children could not come out freely without any fear.

எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கொள்ளை இதோடு மட்டும் நிற்கவில்லை. சென்னையில் ராமாபுரம் பகுதியில் தற்போது ஒரு கிரவுண்ட் அதாவது ஐந்தரை செண்டு நிலத்தின் விலை ஆறு முதல் எட்டு கோடி ரூபாய் வரை. அப்படியானால் ஒரு செண்டின் விலை ஒரு கோடியே நாற்பது லட்சம் ரூபாய். ராமாபுரத்தில் சர்வே எண் 134/1 (தற்போதைய புல எண் 134/1எ) என்ற சர்வே எண் தமிழ்நாடு வீட்டு வசதி வாரியத்திற்கு சொந்தமானது. மொத்த விஸ்தீரணம் 228 செண்டு. மொத்த மதிப்பு 319 கோடி ரூபாய். இந்த 319 கோடி ரூபாய் சொத்தையும் தமிழ்நாடு வீட்டு வசதி வாரியம் ஆண்டாள் அம்மாள் என்பவரிடம் இருந்து கையகப்படுத்தியது. இதனை எதிர்த்து அவர் 1986 மற்றும் 1995-ல் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்த வழக்குகள் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டு வீட்டு வசதி வாரியத்திற்கு சாதகமாக தீர்ப்பானது. ஆனால் இவரிடம் தான் அரசு அதிகாரம் அனைத்தும் இருக்கிறதே. எனவே மேற்கண்ட வீட்டு வசதிவாரிய நிலத்தையும் சேர்த்து ஈஸ்வரி பொறியியல் கல்லூரி மற்றும் பல்மருத்துவ கல்லூரி என 6 லட்சம் சதுர அடிகளை கட்டினார். எப்படி இதற்கு நகர் ஊரமைப்பு துறை, பெருநகர வளர்ச்சி குழுமம் அனுமதி வழங்கியது. இந்த ஆவணங்களை பார்வையிடாமல் அனுமதி பெறப்பட்டது எப்படி?? அனுமதியற்ற கட்டிடத்தை இடிக்க வேண்டும் என சென்னையில் வியாபாரிகளை மிரட்டுவதற்கு பொது நல மனு தாக்கல் செய்யும் நபர்கள் ஏன் இதற்கு பொது நல வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்யவில்லை. காரணம் நான் சொல்ல வேண்டியதில்லை. ஒழுங்காக மாதாமாதம் கட்டிங் வருகிறது. 319 கோடி ரூபாய் நிலத்தை 2003-ல் இருந்து இவர் அனுபவித்து வருகிறார்.

The robbery of the SRM university is not over with the above incidents.  In the area of Ramavaram, Chennai one ground (5 ½ cents) will cost rupees 6 to 8 crores and if so the cost of one cent will cost Rs. One crores and forty lakhs.  In Ramapuram, the land with survey No. 134:1 (new No.134:1A) belongs to Tamil Nadu Housing Board.  T otal area is 228 cents and total value will be Rs.319 crores.  This land was acquired by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board from one Andal Ammal.  The cases filled against this by Mr. Pachaimuthu in 1986 and 1995 were dismissed by the court and the judgment was in favour of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.  But all the power is in his hand and hence he Built buildings for 6 lakhs sqft area for the Easwari Engineering College and Dental College (for a bout 6lakhs sqft area).  How did the Panchayat and the City Development Board grant permission for this.  In Chennai, in order to threat the business men, cases were filed to remove the buildings constructed without proper permission.  But why not such cases filled against this SRM group for their deeds, because, I need not say, every month a particular  amount of money is sent to the persons concerned regularly, who do not open their mouth against this and Pachaimuthu has been enjoying the landed asset worth of Rs.319 crores.
