Mr. Pachamuthu’s plan of swallowing the
315 crore worth of land in Ramapuram with the help of the court was
failed. During the last tenure of DMK, he filed a writ petition (No.
5173/2010) in the High Court trying to get approval. But unfortunately
the Government was changed and also the shows. The Government put all
facts against Pachamuthu in the High Court. Taking in to account of
the seriousness of this case, Additional Advocate General and other advocates were present in the court and presented all actual Happenings.
The Chennai High Curt finally issued order on 25-2-2014 and discharged
the writ petition of Mr. Pachamuthu not accepting his demand.
Immediately the above said land might have received from the Housing Board. Further 10% of the value of the land should have been received from the Housing Board for illegal occupation of the land for the last 10 years. But it is not see that such action has been taken so far. This 315 crores worth of property has been enjoyed unauthorisedly by these education decoits.
